Keith Kobelia is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Ankeny, IA (B.A., 1996; M.A., 1997; M.Div., 1999), Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Plymouth, MN (Th.M., 2003), and Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, TX (Ph.D. in Bible Exposition, 2014). The focus of his dissertation research was the Thessalonian letters and biblical eschatology.
Dr. Kobelia serves as Associate Professor of Bible and Theology at Faith Baptist Bible College and as an adjunct in the seminary. He has taught at Faith since 2014, teaching in the areas of Bible, theology, and history. He also serves in various faculty-related administrative roles at Faith.
Dr. Kobelia and his wife, Elizabeth, have six children. The Kobelias reside in Ankeny, Iowa, and they are active serving the Lord as part of the ministry of Faith Baptist Church in Cambridge, Iowa. Dr. K enjoys spending time with his family, reading, jogging, and working on small projects at home.
